2021 Spring Week One

Progress:

-started animating

-rethinking about the intro sequence

-went digital only

-work on brushes and background material:

stuff I have done for internship, the brushes use inspired my directions for the thesis film:

Setbacks and why:

1. Took some rests for two weeks.

2. Right after that, troubled by a possible plagiarism incident with some other students.

3. Animation so far:

~30sec in [NOW] section

4. Poster designs, new thoughts about the background texture.

Some friends' assistance to research on some background design:

It took a while to get the right venue and angle from them.

Wasted a lot of time to figure out the perspective, which I actually don't have to.

Plans for January:

-speed up, complete all the rough pencil test first, noticed that I usually need time to figure out how things move

-complete a 30 second trailer ASAP
