2019 Fall Week Eleven

Dear Diary,

Today I finally presented my thesis topic in front of other classmates. Despite our different cultural backgrounds, I really hoped they would respect my choice to voice out the Hong Kong issue by making an animation about it.

Turned out they were ok with that. The group offered me a card with their viewpoints on it, they were all warm encouragement to me. I was very relieved after I spoke out this “big secret” after weeks of struggling.

The class went on as Ilya and YuanQing talked about their story. Ilya’s was a non-typical fantasy tale about knights and dragons, the punchline of the story was really clever. YuanQing’s was a high-concept sci-fi film, which would talk about the distance between interactions.
